Ross Williams f765d47fed Build for FreeBSD amd64 & arm64 (#1501) ...

Both architectures supported by Go on FreeBSD.

Slightly simplified Makefile to avoid repeating
same build commands for every variation of `GOOS`/`GOARCH`.
